About us

Located at an altitude of 1’500m above sea level, Chappi Mountains Arabica Coffee with its unique flavor profile stemming from selected ripe typica, bourbon and catimor coffee varieties is grown and preserved by farmers of the ethnic group of the K’Ho.

 

Enjoy the unique taste of selected ripe coffee from trees grown in the shadow of the forest, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth, combined into a strong, slightly sour and sweet aroma of pine forest and honey along with the scent of flowers and fruits.

 

We are working closely with the farmers of the Chappi Mountains Arabica Coffee Cooperative in the Lac Duong region to produce coffee following international sustainability standards and based on a fair and inclusive business model, helping to improve the livelihoods of the farmers and their families. We are monitoring the entire process from the farm to the final roasted product.

Chappi Mountains Coffee is focusing on the production of high-quality, sustainable Arabica coffee from "Farm to Cup".

About our coffee


Chappi Mountains Arabica coffee is grown responsibly on pure land of the lush mountainous highlands around Cau Dat village and the Robusta coffee is sourced from Lam Ha district of Lam Dong province.

 

The altitude and climate of the highlands have proven the Cau Dat area to be the best in Vietnam for producing Moka and Bourbon Arabica. Coffee beans are grown more than 1’500 meters above sea level on rich volcanic soil and they mature slowly in the cool air. These favorable natural conditions allow the beans to crystallize an exceptionally delicate, balanced, sweet, intense aroma and a rich and fruity flavor spectrum including honey and cocoa.

 

The quality of Arabica coffee from Cau Dat can be compared to the best quality coffee available on the market from Sumatra, Indonesia and Blue Mountains coffee in Jamaica.
