3. SUSTAINABILITY AT THE CORE OF OUR BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY
In 2019 we have received the UTZ certification for all our roasted coffee products, later upgraded it to a certification from farm to cup for Arabica, then converted to the Rainforest Alliance certification and in November 2023 have received the Vietnam organic certification for 50ha of Arabica coffee.
4. STORAGE INSTRUCTION
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
5. WARNING AND PRECAUTION
Do not use the product if its color has change with strange taste.
6. EXPIRATION DATE
18 months from manufacturing date.
- Step 1: Open the cover bag and take out the coffee filter bag.
- Step 2: Tear along the dotted line to open the coffee filter bag.
- Step 3: Pull the hook from both sides, hang the filter bag on the cup
- Step 4: Pour around 20 ml of hot water (92°C – 96°C) into the filter bag, wait 15-20 seconds for the coffee to bloom, then pour around 120 ml of hot water into the coffee filter bag and wait until the coffee has completely dropped into the cup
